I know that legal action can sometimes be overwhelming. I represent accident victims on a daily basis and whether they were involved in a car wreck or a slip and fall, I am dedicated to maximizing their recovery whether by settlement or by trial.  

I have practiced and/or tried toxictort cases in Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and Alabama.  These cases involved damages ranging from property damage to cancer.  My undergraduate degree, BS Chemical Engineering, allows me to understand the duties and responsibilities of companies who release toxic chemical and to determine the method and scope of exposure.
